How to purchase |

a) Select the item that you wish to purchase.
b) Choose your intended quantity.
c) Click "add to cart" to add the item to your shopping cart.
d) Orders are only finalised after you complete the “checkout”.
e) You may click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of your screen display or edit your order.
f) When you have finished ordering, click "check out” to make payment and finalise your order.
In the checkout there are two steps:
STEP 1: Enter your name and shipping address, and choose your shipping method.
STEP 2: Review your order, total amount due, provide your payment information and billing address. Click CONTINUES and you will connect to PayPal Payment Gateway for Credit Card Processing. Follow the step by step instruction by PayPal to complete the transaction. When complete you will receive a confirmation email within a few moments with all the details listed. |

Shipping |

Delivery charges depend on the total weight of the products ordered. For Overseas orders shipping charges depend to the type of delivery service (Gdex/ Fedex) weight and location. Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page. For same day delivery, please place order with complete payment before 11.00am. Delivery estimated will reach your door step within 3 - 5days. / 1 - 3days, depends on your locations.

Order Tracking |

When your package has been shipped out you will received an email with a tracking number. You can visit www.fedex.com or www.gdexpress.com to track your shipment. |

Food Products |

We are not responsible for food products damaged during delivery or as a result of weather related circumstances. |

Cancellations or Changes |

Once payment has been received, no order cancellations or changes are allowed. Payment is strictly non-refundable. |

Depending on the resolution of your monitor, there may be a slight difference in the colour tone of the actual product. |

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise |

We will, replace any goods that has been received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. We will accept return of goods if notification is within 7 days of receipt. Cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. |
